AICPA Brand Update

Before

Opportunities: 

  • Update brand on flagship AICPA website after a global merger with CIMA.

  • Streamline the user experience between AICPA and sister e-commerce websites.

Process:​

  • Secure a vendor to assist with pulling two different brands together, with international color and symbol considerations.

  • Work with all stakeholders to detail important elements of the websites and international considerations.

  • Partnered with AICPA Store and User account website managers to ensure visual compatability with the flagship website.

After

Result:​

  • Created 14 new wireframes and an updated visual design library by partnering with brand, marketing, graphic design and vendor teams.

  • Created a new digital asset management tool in partnership with the graphic design team.

  • Reducing user friction to e-commerce websites by 20% by elevating AICPA Store and users' account details to appear as tabs from the main website and partnering with website owners to update the visual design on those websites.
